Dr. Gwendolyn Avington-Founder/CEO of Avington Consulting, LLC has honed her ability to work with diverse groups and individuals. She is a subject matter expert in the areas of executive coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
She spent the last 32 years as a healthcare professional using a flexible, agile, approachable mindset to work within many different team dynamics in hospitals and clinics of various sizes. She helps organizational teams gain skills as problem-solvers, foster connections, create a collaborative atmosphere, and effectively communicate with other team members.
Also, Gwendolyn has a robust educational background that compliments her experiences working in diverse team environments. She has a Doctor of Health Administration, Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Communications, and Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.
Angelika Gulley
Angelika is the Creative Solutions Director who enjoys meeting the creative needs of Avington Consulting, LLC.
Angelika is the creator of Camp Catharsis. She carries a passion for mental health and nature. Angelika decided to combine her passion for mental health and nature with achieving a cathartic release and a mental reset. Thus, Camp Catharsis was born.
Angelika is currently enrolled in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
